This year we are raising another $250,000 in support of Rave and the Sounders and local communities. This house is a key part of those efforts.
We purchased this house and will be updating it cosmetically, and then will be donating all the proceeds to Rave and to the kids. Please join us and our partners and on this journey to complete the project, and most importantly the fields and programs for the kids who need them the most.
Thach Nguyen and the Springboard to Wealth team - along with many of their vendors and partners have joined with the Rave Foundation (the nonprofit arm of the Seattle Sounders MLS team) to make a positive impact in their communities and the lives of children across the area.
The Springboard team and community raised over $400,000 last year in partnership with the Rave Foundation because we believe like they do that “Play is a right” for kids. They understand the need for safe places to play and be kids, and to learn all that play can teach, while creating memories they will carry forever.

RAVE Foundation envisions a region abundant with free play, where we all work together to use soccer, the world’s sport, to inspire youth and support our brilliant communities.
26 Fields by 2026
RAVE Foundation is on a mission to build 26 community play fields by 2026 – when the biggest tournament in the world’s game comes to North America. Each RAVE field is developed collaboratively with the communities that surround them, and are activated through year-round RAVE programs designed to foster wellness, inspire learning, and create joy.
RAVE Foundation and our community partners have already opened 9 fields in communities throughout our region, with seven more planned for 2022.
